To pursue the MALOCH You Escaped badge, complete a current office escape until the game displays the YOU ESCAPED result, remain in the result long enough for Roblox to process the award, and then verify the badge in your inventory. This is the strongest supported route because the official objective says to find a way out, complete-run footage shows that ending screen, and Roblox lists an enabled badge named You Escaped for the same Universe.
Official badge record
- Badge name: You Escaped
- Badge ID:
506829354295001 - Public description:
Congrats - Enabled at check time: yes
- Awarding Universe:
10769361680— MALOCH - Root Place:
83023909627337 - Checked: October 23, 2026 UTC
The record confirms identity and enabled status. It does not state which Place modes qualify, whether every living group member receives credit, whether spectators qualify, how quickly the notification appears, or whether the award has any separate in-game reward.
Complete the supported route
Start from the official root experience and use the MALOCH Walkthrough to reach a normal completion. Follow the current prompts, interact with responsive office objects, survive the threat, and continue until the full-screen escape result appears. Do not stop at a door or marker and assume the badge should already be granted.
When YOU ESCAPED appears, wait briefly instead of closing Roblox immediately. Watch for the badge notification, then check your Roblox inventory or the official badge page. The inventory result is more dependable than remembering whether a notification flashed during a transition.
Record the completion state
If the badge matters to you, capture a few details before leaving:
- UTC date and approximate time.
- Standard, 25-player, or VC-only session.
- Place ID if visible from the session or join link.
- Whether you were alive, spectating, or separated from the group.
- Whether your screen displayed
YOU ESCAPED. - Whether a notification appeared.
- Whether the badge is present in inventory afterward.
These fields make a missing award report actionable. They do not claim that any single state is a requirement until repeated testing or the creator documents it.
If the badge does not appear
First, check your existing badge inventory. You may already own it, or the notification may have been missed. Second, confirm that the ending screen appeared on your client rather than only for another player. Third, wait and refresh the badge inventory once before replaying the entire experience.
If the badge is still absent, try one fresh server in the official root experience. Repeat the normal completion without switching modes, direct-joining an unexplained Place, or leaving during the transition. Save the result. If two clean completions fail, the useful report is the exact mode, time, result screen, and inventory state—not a guess about a secret requirement.
Group and mode questions
The public badge description does not say whether credit is shared across a group. If one player receives the badge and another does not, compare whether both saw the same ending screen and were in the same Place. Note death or spectator state, but do not label it the cause from one run.
Roblox lists separate official Places named MALOCH // 25 PLAYERS and MALOCH // VC ONLY. Their existence does not prove badge parity. For a first badge attempt, the root standard experience provides the clearest documented identity. If you test another mode, record it as a separate result and use the Modes hub to confirm the Place.
Do not confuse statistics with requirements
Roblox exposes changing award totals and percentages for badges. Those values can show recent activity, but they do not define the trigger. The percentage is not a random drop chance, and the number of awards does not prove that every visible escape grants credit in every mode.
Avoid statements such as “only a certain percentage of players can get it” or “the badge has a drop rate.” The supported player action is to complete the escape and verify the account award.
Common mistakes
Leaving on the exit transition
Wait for the full YOU ESCAPED result and allow the award to process. Closing during a transition makes it harder to distinguish a missed notification from an incomplete server event.
Following an old fixed turn list
Use current prompts and state changes. MALOCH is actively developed, and public sources do not guarantee a permanent room sequence.
Launching an unknown sub-Place directly
The same Universe contains a Place named Molokk // Game whose player-facing purpose is not publicly explained. Use the root experience or a clearly exposed official mode rather than assuming every Place is a badge route.
Repeating without recording the failure
A second run is useful only when you know what changed. Save the mode, visible ending, player state, and inventory result.
What a successful verification looks like
A strong confirmation has both parts: your client reaches the YOU ESCAPED result, and Badge ID 506829354295001 appears in your Roblox inventory. If you only have the result screen, the escape completed but the account award still needs verification. If you already owned the badge, the run can still be a completion even without a new notification.
After obtaining the badge, use Badges to compare the Welcome record or move to the Speedrun Guide to practice the route with explicit timing rules.
